The machine is designed for processing of point frog of railroad switch assembly. It is a gantry type machine with moving table and stationary cross-rail (traverse).

Special application of the machine: Integral processing allows performance of rough machining and finishing.

Microdrives enable processing of curved tread surfaces of point frog.

Total number of steering axis – up to thirteen, number of simultaneously steering axis – five.

Various diagnostic methods of functioning of the machine systems.

Rigid structures of base components ensure quality treatment of high strength steel.

  • Bed with telescopic protection of guideways with centralized lubrication system provides high accuracy for long term operation of the machine.

  • Two vertical milling supports (with microfeed mechanisms along spindle axis).
